Agile Goes Ape was founded by AJ, an Agile coach, delivery leader, and fractional operator who has spent over two decade making teams ship.

She has led delivery across the Ministry of Justice, Transport for London, GDS, OgilvyOne, Moneybox, and Memrise, working with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams in environments where slow was not an option.

Agile Goes Ape exists because most consultancies talk about change instead of making it happen. We embed, we take ownership, and we drive delivery until working product is in the hands of real users.
No frameworks for the sake of it. No transformation theater. Just outcomes.

Why I Let the Ape Out​

I’ve been in this game a long time.

Agile coach. Change strategist. Builder of high-performing teams. Over the years, I’ve helped startups scale, guided government departments through digital transformation, and coached cross-functional teams to work with more clarity, courage, and collaboration.

And somewhere along the jungle gym of ceremonies, sprints, and sticky notes, I noticed something:
